PhotoCart QA provides merchant software for testing AI shopping-agent cart readiness. We collect and process information needed to operate the service, support checkout, respond to customers, protect the platform, and improve reliability.
Information we process
- Contact and account information you provide, such as name, work email, company, plan, and support messages.
- Checkout metadata handled through NOWPayments, including invoice identifiers, selected plan, payment status, currency, and transaction references. We do not store private wallet keys.
- Merchant workflow data you submit, such as product catalog fields, SKU names, public product URLs, sample image references, inventory status, QA findings, and repair notes.
- Usage analytics such as page views, button clicks, checkout starts, device category, referrer, and UTM parameters.
How we use information
We use data to provide the service, process purchases, run QA workflows, maintain support records, prevent abuse, debug operational issues, measure conversion performance, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We may use Cloudflare for hosting, security, routing, and analytics storage; NOWPayments for hosted cryptocurrency checkout; model or infrastructure providers for optional QA processing; and email or support tools to respond to requests. Provider terms and privacy notices apply to their processing.
Catalog and image content
You are responsible for deciding what product data, images, and sample shopping content you submit. Do not submit secrets, payment credentials, private keys, regulated personal data, or data you are not authorized to process.
Retention
We keep account, payment, support, analytics, and QA records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal obligations, and preserve security evidence. We may aggregate or de-identify data for operational reporting.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including HTTPS, access controls, and provider security features. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and customers should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive content.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information where applicable law provides those rights. Some records may be retained when needed for security, payment, tax, dispute, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons.
International use
The service is intended for merchants and ecommerce teams in the United States, Brazil, India, Europe, and other regions. Data may be processed in countries where our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
